Product Recommendation
We consult with the client and designer to ensure appropriate product selection, application and associated costs. We can recommend a design firm if one is needed. We provide an information resource with our extensive experience and knowledge.

Workstation Standards
We assist in the development of client furniture standards. The needs of individuals and the overall company are reviewed to establish workstation typicals. These typicals are then used as a standard for planning and maintaining the workspace.

Specification/Verification
We convert generic layouts to system and product specific drawings and specifications.
We provide a printed menu of required components as well as Acad. or Giza isometric drawings to allow for easy visualization of the finished space.

Project Management
Our capable staff can handle a project from the initial evaluation of objectives, through the complete specification and procurement process, to on-time installation and deficiency resolution if required.

Installation
All delivery, installation,service or
reconfiguration is guaranteed and is provided by fully trained professionals. The Account Manager will communicate with the designer and the client and will be on site for the entire installation.

Post Installation
Product training ensures that employees are aware of how to properly use and adjust the furniture. A post installation audit is conducted to ensure complete client satisfaction. Maintenance packages can be established to maintain, reconfigure and add to existing as required.

Furniture Repair & Refurbishing
On-site electrostatic repainting of file cabinets often allows for effective reuse of existing components in new situations. We provide a staff of experts to meet any need for refurbishing, reupholstering or repairs and all of our work is guaranteed.

Product Disposal/Rental
We assist our clients to obtain the
best value when disposing of any existing furniture. Requirements for temporary furniture will be provided at a reasonable charge wherever possible.


Storage
/Asset Management

On request we are able to warehouse product on a monthly basis. A related service is ongoing asset management to efficiently utilize existing product and reduce the amount needed to purchase.

Leasing
Leasing can provide several benefits. We are pleased to assist our clients in sourcing and implementing a leasing package with the most beneficial terms.
